Service Design report to determine the effectiveness of the services the Roland Levinksy Building at University of Plymouth.
RETROFIT CONSULTANCY REPORT
Consultancy report for an energy performance upgrade, of a 1940s Semi-Detached House, using DesignBuilder Simulations to provide data on the potential energy savings from a retrofit.
BUILDING CONTROL SYSTEM AND STRATEGY
A building control system and strategy for a floor of Intercity house in Plymouth, that would provide an effective service control system and strategy with the existing services when the University of Plymouth takes over the lease of the building.
PLYMOUTH CIVIC CENTRE FEASIBILITY STUDY
Feasibility study created for the former Civic Centre in Plymouth city centre. This feasibility study examines the current proposal by developers and proposes a scheme for the future of the building.
BUILDING SERVICE AND SCIENCE REPORT
A report created to determine the suitability of repurposing a teaching room as an office, using data collected on-site.
